- Delphine Meiresonne -

"Delphine Meiresonne's passion for horses began at a young age. When she was seven years old, she went to her first riding lessons. Two years later, Delphine received her first pony and started riding dressage.

Her hard work was rewarded in 1998, when she obtained the individual gold medal at the European Pony Championship.

When she was about 20 years old, Delphine had the chance to work with experienced horse people at Stoeterij Van De Helle and with Werner Van den Brande.

The rider kept working, in collaboration with coach Coby Van Baalen, and was never afraid of a challenge.

The horses in Delphine's carreer were not always easy, but she is convinced that with the right combination of training, coaching and patience, you can achieve results.

Delphine made her Grand Prix debut in December 2012 with Wipsy van het Heihof (Flemmingh x Saygon), at the beautiful Jumping Mechelen show. Since then, the combination keeps evolving and already obtained a few nice results: a third place in the GP Special at the CHIO5* Rotterdam, the fifth place at the Belgian Championship and a reserve selection for the European Championships of Herning in 2013.

With Wipsy and a few other promising prospects at her stable, Delphine can continue working on her future. We will most certainly hear a lot from her on the international scene!"
